De-Clutter and Detox Workshop 13th October 2015

 11th Oct 2015   published by: Kylie Blacksell

“No matter how hard I try, this room/ table/ cupboard/ drawer/ car is always cluttered!”…..”I just have too much stuff and not enough room!”….”I feel like I can’t get moving on what I need to do because I’m surrounded by so much mess!”….”I feel lethargic, heavy and cluttered on the inside”….

If this sounds like you, or someone close to you then the good news is that there’s a way out! A way to de-clutter and detox your mind, body and ultimately your environment.

Your environment (particularly your house, car and work space) and your body, are simply a reflection of your mindset and your emotional state, and what you believe to be your reality. The type and amount of clutter in each space can be read like a blood test…to tell you exactly what needs to be re-assessed in your subconscious mind.

Once you’ve identified the emotional, mental, energetic and physical blockages around this clutter, then some simple yoga techniques, affirmations, mudra, mantra, pranayam and other Healing Therapy techniques will enable you to transform your inner state so that you may in turn transform your body and environment for the better!

Join Kylie for an evening where you will be shown several carefully selected techniques from yoga, mudras (hand and body gestures), pranayam (breathing techniques), affirmations, light and sound therapy and many more disciplines, to bring you a tool box that you can employ to declutter and detox your life!

We would love it if you could join us!

Just bring a note pad and pen, a pillow to sit on (there are some chairs available if you prefer), a water bottle, and comfortable clothing for yoga.

Bookings are essential as there are limited spaces.

The first hour of each workshop is usually yoga, specifically formulated to tackle the issues in the theme of the workshop.

The last two hours are packed full of useful information about this topic, while we eat a yummy and healthy supper. (There is usually a workbook to accompany this section).

Time = 6:30pm – 9:30pm Tue 13th Oct 2015

Cost = $20

Workshops are held at Unit 12, Birubi Chambers, 121 Hawker Pl. Hawker. This unit is right on the corner of Beetaloo st and Hawker Pl. Directly opposite the KFC Restaurant.
