"Too much to do in one lifetime" workshop...

16th Jul 2015   published by: Kylie Blacksell

Do you have too much to do in one lifetime?

A bookcase full of books that you have started and hope to one day finish?

Do you have a list a mile long of all the things you would like to do…. if only you had enough time?

Courses you would like to study?

Places you would like to explore?

Do you struggle with discipline and long for freedom?

Do you swing between dependence and independence in some areas of your life?

If you answered “yes” to several or all of these, then you most likely have a “5” influence in your Numerology. Or someone close to you that you have assimilated values and beliefs from, that does.

Do you wish for a life free from dependence upon others?

A life where you actually get projects – ones that really mean something to you - completed?

Do you want to get through those books…through that to-do list….and explore all of the knowledge, places, and experiences you desire?

Then attend this workshop to equip yourself with the tools that will help you to remove all of the obstacles between you and these dreams, and to manifest completion and independence in any area of your life!

You will learn specific techniques from yoga, mudras (hand and body gestures), pranayam (breathing techniques), affirmations, light and sound therapy and many more disciplines, to bring you a tool box that you can employ whenever you wish to manifest completion and independence.

I would love it if you could join us.

Just bring a note pad and pen, a pillow to sit on (there are some chairs available if you prefer), a water bottle, and comfortable clothing for yoga.

Bookings are essential as there are limited spaces.

The first hour of each workshop is usually yoga, specifically formulated to tackle the issues in the theme of the workshop.

The last two hours are packed full of useful information about this topic, while we eat a yummy and healthy supper. (There is usually a worksheet to accompany this section).

6:30pm – 9:30pm Wed 22nd July 2015

Cost = $5 to cover supper, printing and heating. (This is a pilot workshop and so is essentially FREE other than covering costs).

All bookings require a $5 non-refundable deposit. There are very limited places (14 in workshop space and 9 over SKYPE) so without payment, your place may be given to another.

Workshops are held at Unit 12, Birubi Chambers, 121 Hawker Pl. Hawker. This unit is right on the corner of Beetaloo st and Hawker Pl. Directly opposite the KFC Restaurant. There is a small “Human Happiness” sign at the door. There is ample parking across the road, next to KFC, disabled parking and access at Birubi Chambers, and a toilet inside the unit.
