What?
This is our brand new fun, fit and fancy-free class that's designed to increase cardio, muscle tone, strength, fitness and seretonin levels, enabling a stronger immune system, a better sleep, and improved overall health and fitness.
In each class we do an easy warm up and then learn a very simple choreography to a fun and happy song that we will all be glad to boogy away to.
Kylie takes you through the steps/levels of the movements, allowing those who are less mobile/able to stick with stage 1/2, and those wanting more movement to advance to higher levels designed for the same routine.
No previous experience required.
This class is suitable for all ages and all levels of health, fitness, flexibility and co-ordination.
Investment?
$120 for all 6 sessions
Each session follows on from the previous, so casual isn't really suitable.
